Business Link Growth and High Growth Programmes

As part of the Growth and High Growth programmes Inspiral offer:

To qualify as a Growth business you must:
• Have yet to start trading or have been trading for no more than 12 months
• Demonstrate the capability to turnover £120K by the end of Year 2
• You are or will be paying business rates in South Yorkshire
• Create between 2 and 5 full-time jobs
• Demonstrate your potential as a successful entrepreneur

To qualify as a High Growth business you must:
• Have yet to start trading or have been trading for no more than 12 months
• Demonstrate the capability to turnover £1 million by the end of Year 2
• You are or will be paying business rates in South Yorkshire
• Create between 2 and 5 full-time jobs
• Demonstrate your potential as a successful entrepreneur

Train To Gain

Inspiral are delivering Train To Gain to help your company improve by making sure you and your team have the skills you need to succeed.

The Train To Gain Service can help Digital and Creative companies:

1, Identify Skills Gaps in your organisation through a 1-to-1 meeting and discussion with a Skills Broker (no fee)
2, Find ways to plug those gaps using bespoke training, accredited or non-accredited training, short or long courses, HE and FE placements, including any courses you identify yourself etc etc
3, Find funding where needed, for example The Enhancement Fund of 60% towards bespoke training costs and qualifications
